Barracks Row Main Street partnership with The Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW)

Barracks Row Main Street has partnered with The Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) to provide free group training to establishments on 8th Street SE Barracks Row Main. The ServSafe® food safety program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. The program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts who face the same risks you do every day and course materials reflect the latest science, research and FDA Food Code. Learn about food-borne illnesses, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food sanitation. ServSafe® is the leader in food safety training and certification.

The first training session will take place on Wednesday, February 22nd, we invite establishments on Barracks Row 8th Street to send their team members that need or want ServSafe® program training to the 700 penn building. We have a total of 25 spots available for your team members on a first come first serve basis. This training is available to all establishments on 8th Street Barracks Row. You do not have to be a member of the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) to have access to these training opportunities. Only training offered though Barracks Row Main Street will be free to 8th Street Barracks Row Establishments.
