Our mission at District Flow Yoga is to promote individual growth amidst the community through yoga education and practice. We value inclusivity, diversity and equity through our practices and strive to share yoga with underserved communities in Washington, DC. We are dedicated to bringing yoga to the Southeast and Southwest communities through in-studio, outdoor and online classes and above all else, believe in the healing magic of yoga.
