Is your Leap Year as dull as dishwater? Never fear, LEAP DAY is almost here! Celebrate with “Dish! The Storytelling Cocktail Hour,” hosted by Louise Dettman on Thurs., Feb. 29, at 7 pm at Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital on Capitol Hill!
